Personal Trainer | Build Your Client Base

About the Role

At Retro Fitness, our Personal Trainers are more than fitness professionals. They are coaches, motivators, and relationship builders who help members achieve real results while creating an energetic and supportive training environment inside the club.

This is an opportunity to build your client base inside an established, high traffic fitness club with strong membership volume and unlimited growth potential.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct personalized fitness assessments and consultations
 • Design and deliver goal based training programs
 • Build and maintain a recurring client base
 • Help members stay accountable and motivated
 • Deliver high energy, results driven training sessions
 • Build relationships with members throughout the club
 • Support supplement and wellness recommendations including dotFIT
 • Track sessions, appointments, and client progress consistently
 • Collaborate with club leadership to drive member engagement and retention

What We’re Looking For

Required

• Active personal training certification from a nationally recognized organization
 • Strong communication and relationship building skills
 • Passion for fitness, coaching, and helping others succeed
 • Positive, energetic, and professional attitude
 • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and peak club hours

Preferred

• Experience training clients in a fitness club or private setting
 • Experience building a client base or generating referrals
 • CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain
 • Experience with nutrition or supplement recommendations
